This Master Service Agreement is entered into by Pixel Forge Consulting LLC (1209 MOUNTAIN ROAD PL NE, STE R, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87110 USA) and the Client.
Pixel Forge Consulting LLC provides strategic consulting for digital creators. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual work orders or email agreements.
All fees are quoted in USD. Payments must be settled before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables produced. Pixel Forge Consulting LLC retains the right to use non-confidential results for promotional purposes.
Pixel Forge Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the consulting services.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
